Description

PITTSBURGH, PA — The Allegheny County Health Department has shuttered two food businesses in the city's East End. Poppa's on Monticello Street in Homewood was closed for operating as a food facility without a valid health permit. The Dippn Pot, an online and takeout establishment in East Liberty was given a cease and desist order for selling prepared foods without a valid health permit. It's unclear if either business will complete the proper permitting process to reopen. Be the first to know what's happening in your community and region.
