Looking for female small breed

I'm home a lot and would like to find a small breed female puppy that isn't to expensive. Pomeranian, chihuahua or a mix. Looking for long haired if possible but a short haired chihuahua is fine. Can spend up to $100! Fixed income and I'm sure she will need to be vetted. Puppy or young adult is fine. Will not send codes or deposit to hold or pay shipping fee! I will pick up in person or meet at a public area.
