Press release from the Wright County Government: December 10, 2021 On Tuesday, December 14th, Highway 9 (on the east side of Waverly Lake) will be closed between North Shore Drive and Lake Avenue on County Highway 9. Bear Care Tree Service and County Highway Maintenance staff will be removing two large trees along Highway 9 during this safety project. Work is scheduled to begin at 8:30 am until 4:30pm. This is expected to be a one-day closure. There is no detour posted, please use an alternate route. We thank you for your patience and understanding while this safety/maintenance work is completed.
