The responsibilities include maintenance work, ensuring the properties are secure throughout the night, and removing any trash or debris around the grounds to ensure everything is in order for guests and staff in the morning. Handling all after hours calls for 3 properties...room lock outs, loud guests, maintenance issues and other things that may arise throughout the night. Working closely with the front desk teams, giving a hand around the property in various ways, and the ability to build and maintain professional and meaningful relationships. The hospitality industry is unpredictable and so it's important to be flexible. Previous hospitality experience preferred, but we're open to train.
