Looking for Betta Fish

I am looking to take in a betta fish that needs a new home. Preferably with an established setup, but if not that's OK too. I'd rather give a home to an animal in need of a new home for whatever reason instead of going out and purchasing one. I have experience with bettas and have owned them in the past. I know they need a minimum of 5 gallons with filtration and a proper adjustable heater kept at 78 to 80 degrees.
