foreign builders not from here, want to place low income mobile homes on the north side of Havasu, what is the city councel thinking if they approve this/. low income equals, low lifes, druggies, thiefs, gang bangers, drug dealers. this is a problem in the making if it gets approved. talk about stupid. And I forgot, the weekend party people that will just buy them for second homes, while the city spends somewhere around a million bucks or so, to put in the plumbing. If you want to do it, do it right, maybe smaller at first to see if it works, all it is is a mobile home park, 300 units built close together? how about 40 to start to see if it works.
