Putting our 2 Macaws up for adoption Tommy is a male Blue and Gold Macaw, and Maggie is a female Scarlet Macaw, they're both older Macaws approximately in their 20s. New home requirements are 1. you are very experienced with Macaws 2. you currently have a flock of birds. 3. you're a very kind loving patient person who adores exotic birds. Being a exotic bird owner is far different from owning dogs or cats, these animals need/demand relationships, lots of time, devotion, cleaning, cleaning, cleaning, playing with, they have an expensive diet variety of nuts, fruits and veggies, this is a on going daily activity and it goes on for years. They're loud and messy. If you think you're a great fit for our 2 Macaws reply back from this posting. We are going to be very very very careful on who we give our birds up too, if you don't have a home that looks like you're an experienced bird owner, then this won't work.
