Wood Lawn and Landscaping is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Manager to join our growing team! The day-to-day: Our Landscape Maintenance Manager is responsible for: Recruiting, training and retaining team members for the maintenance department. Managing the expenses and productivity of the department. Identifying ways to improve or increase productivity of the department. Acting as a relationship management and relationship developer with customers and clients. Developing and coaching team members. Conducting property audits to ensure that the customers have received the best results.   Landscape Maintenance Qualifications: College, vocational or technical training, preferred  Has prior experience in landscaping including plant and grass knowledge and identification and experience in plant and grass care. Previous management experience.  Demonstrated time management and organizational skills. An understanding of basic measurement and calculation. Enjoys working both independently and with a team. Valid driver’s license required.   Salary and Compensation: The salary range for this position is $50,000 – 55,000/annually. We offer 6 paid holidays. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:15 – end of day, usually between 3:30 and 4pm. Employees receive a $250 a month health care stipend toward health care expenses. The Landscape Maintenance Manager will also be provided with company transportation in the form of a company vehicle after successful completion of training.
