Down Home Delivery, LLC is hiring for the following positions: Dispatcher Sunday thru Thursday 8am to 5pm Dispatcher Tuesday thru Saturday 6pm to 2am, or until finished Dispatcher Friday and Saturday Day 8am to 5pm & Sunday and Monday Evening 6pm to 2am, or until finished Dispatcher position is responsible for: 1. working with contract drivers to formulate and send out routes from the airport. 2. will deliver within 20 miles of the airport as needed. 3. Answer phones. 4. Provide excellent Customer Service to Airlines and Passengers 5. Help to complete billing 6. Screen and contract with drivers as needed. 7. Office duties that will include the ability to use spreadsheets 8. be able to communicate 9. other duties as needed The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and work history. The ideal candidate must be able to use common sense and adjust thought at a moments notice. The ideal candidate must be reliable and on time. The ideal candidate must be open to learning new things and be able to teach others as needed. There are times where work is busy and times where it is very slow. Candidate must be able to adjust to challenges and work with a variety of possibilities. Temperament is very important. If you easily anger, this is not the job for you.
