We're a corporate housing provider business. We have apartments in Austin that are rented by the night. We're looking for someone to check on the units once every 2 weeks and check on cleaner's work almost on weekly basis. Job description: 1 - You will need to go once every 2 weeks to each unit and submit a quality form using a smart phone. You will get a daily report of what apartments need the quality form completed. 2 - Assemble pieces of furniture if needed. 3 - can do some maintenance work 'hang wall art, fix a door handle, cabinet..etc'. 4 - must be really good with communication and responsive 5 - must have a car to be able to drive between the apartments and to/from storage 6 - must know how to use technology 7 - We're going to start doing cleaning checks by Jan 1st therefore we will assign more tasks to you to check on units prior to the guests checking in.
