We are currently seeking a Senior Maintenance Supervisor to join our team who will support multiple properties in Minnesota. In addition to the hourly rate, a sign on bonus of $1,500 minus taxes will be included! ($750 after 30 days of employment; $750 after 6 months of employment) This role is also eligible for a $1,000 bonus minus taxes upon submitting proof of COVID-19 vaccination! Position Summary: The Senior Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the physical property (or properties), and for ensuring its efficient operation on a day-to-day basis in a floating (as needed) capacity. Due to the nature of the property management industry, this position must be available to work the last day and first day of each month which may occur on a weekend. Responsibilities: Identifying and correcting deficiencies on-site General appearance and maintenance of the property Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity while representing Dominium Advanced property performance reporting Qualifications: At least 3 years of previous maintenance experience Basic painting, electrical, and plumbing experience HVAC and EPA experience required CPO Certified preferred Boilers experience Ability to work evenings and weekends Ability to work on-call required Must be self driven Must provide your own basic tools Valid driver’s license and insurance required About Us: Dominium manages more than 30,000 apartments in 19 states with a staff of more than 1,200 employees.
