Catering or Personal Chef needed for Family Reunion

Hello! I am trying to find a caterer or a personal chef to cook on-site for our family reunion starting the evening of July 17th - morning of Jul 20th, 2022. We have 60 adults and 17 kids coming. We already have dinner covered for the 17th, so what I'm looking for is hot breakfasts and dinners (no lunches) for July 18th and 19th, and just breakfast on the 20th. We are staying at the Cabins on Strawberry Hill in Strawberry, AZ, and have rented out the entire venue, which means we have full use of the grills and serving/eating area at all times. There is not any kind of main kitchen at the resort, only the kitchenettes in the individual cabins, so any prep or cooking must be done with the multiple grills (gas provided) on-site, a mobile kitchen or food truck you could provide, or prepared somewhere else and brought to the site. I am trying to find someone local because there is no room for the caterers to stay on site. Our budget is a little tight for such a large group, so I’m happy to keep the menu simple and the food cost low. We can rent buffet equipment or other cooking equipment if needed unless you already have everything you would need. We have two vegetarians, but otherwise no special requirements for the food. Please provide me with a quote. Quote should include: - cost of labor (please specify how many people will be on your team) - cost of food (unless you wish us to buy it directly, in which case, please specify that) - any equipment you will bring, and anything you would need us to rent for you (keep in mind that the venue has grills (with gas) and long tables on-site) - any services you will provide such as buffet setup, plating, serving, and/or clean-up Thank you!
