City of Albuquerque Cessna seen and heard circling (30+ times) in different areas of the city today. Why? Who is paying for this bothersome monstrosity and the gas it uses? (tax payers) What is the reasoning for this? (I use flightaware.com to see what helicopters and planes that fly overhead)
