Handyman/Contractor needed for a fix and flip mobile home in a park.
I've had a bad experience with handymen, so I need a reliable and efficient person(s) to work on this home. Extra cash incentives for finishing fast.
Work that is needed:
- paint
- some sub flooring
- flooring/carpeting added
- a few windows replaced
- quite a bit of work in the kitchen
- skirting put on
- etc
Want someone looking to start right away. Will pay as specific jobs are completed with proof of it being done.
