To support the needs of our community, we are currently seeking Pest Control Technicians to join our team supporting the Augusta, ME area. This is a Monday – Friday position, with some weekend days as needed. As a member of this professional and client-focused group, you may be responsible for: * Adhering to and supporting our Mission, Vision and Guiding Principles. * Acting independently to inspect problem areas and working in partnership with our clients to appropriately identify the root cause of pest infestation. * Understanding unique challenges while confidently educating our clients and recommending solutions. * Maintaining an organized, efficient workload and applying a solid work ethic. * Cultivating a strong communication ability, a service mind set and a desire to help promote environmental health and safety. * Maintain regular attendance at work, as well as compliance with the attendance policy, to support our client needs. What’s even more important to us are the principles that drive our company and define who we aspire to be. EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND SKILLS REQUIRED: * High school diploma or equivalent. No pest management experience necessary. * Valid driver’s license. * Have or be able to learn practical and technical knowledge of duties, functions, service, and product offerings, terminology, work procedures, and company policies. * Be able to work in a team-based environment. * Have strong oral and written communication skills. * Be dependable and honest, have good judgement/decision making ability, have a positive attitude and excellent work ethic. Be able to use positive language in a professional setting * Proof of vaccination may be required. * Company paid Background, Driver Check, and Pre-Employment Screening required.
