Handyman needed for Property Management Company

We are Honest Property Management (www.honest.pm) and are in need of experienced handyman to help us maintain our properties. Primary locations include Lewiston/Auburn and Augusta but we also have properties in Freeport, Gardiner, Sidney, Leeds, and Vassalboro. We have hiring options for direct part-time employment and independent contractors. Hours per week highly vary depending on need so flexibility is a must. The most typical need is 1-2 days of work per week. To give you a sense of what we need, recent jobs include installing new door locks, fixing detached baseboards, installing a small roof awning to keep snow off front steps, installing a mailbox, installing closet fixtures, inspecting tenant complaints around heating, plumbing, and electrical issues to determine the right vendor to call, painting touch ups, floor and wall touch ups, replacing fixtures like faucets and towel racks, hanging blinds or lighting, etc. We pride ourselves on offering reliable and competent property management services and outstanding responsiveness and communication with our owners and tenants.
