Looking for Safe Areas to Fly Falconry Hawk

Local licensed falconer looking for safe areas to fly a red tail hawk. Will catch mice, rabbits, and squirrels, but can't be close to power lines with transformers or other equipment, and can't be at residences where mouse/rat poison is used. Looking for at least 3 acres, willing to travel outside of Madison. The season is only October to March. You are more than welcome to follow along and watch the bird in action.
