Looking for a Corgi or Basset Hound

My son is almost 19 and has been asking for either a corgi or basset hound. We currently have 2 male dogs in the house so we are in search for a female. If you have one of these types of dogs or know someone who does please let me know as I would like to either get it for him for Christmas or for his birthday in January. Thanks
