We are looking for local construction independent team in Temple City. We need to complete remodeling of convenience store: Expected timeline of remodeling 8 - 10 weeks Jobs to be performed: - Demolition, framing, new walls, concrete - Hvac, 2 central airs, units and installation - Plumbing - Electrical upgrade and subpanels, rewire only to convenience store - Interior and Exterior finish, interior furniture (limited to tables and counters formica finish) epoxy paint finish on floor. - A vinyl fence and awning to protect the cooler area - Cooler equipment (labor to do installation is included in estimated price) - Soda dispenser and coffee machine (ready to install) - Pos, pumps, electrical work. All works should be started not later than 01.10.22 Please submit your bids and short description about your team. Bids over 180 K will not be considered. Thank you.
