We are looking to hire someone for a long term role providing property maintenance to several sites throughout the San Fernando Valley. In this position you will be assigned several properties throughout the day, and you will be responsible for their upkeeping and maintenance. Day to day responsibilities can include: - Changing a light bulb - Installing/removing fixtures and equipment - Providing minor repairs throughout the property - General sanitation work (cleaning restrooms, etc) Requirements: - Must have a valid drivers license, and own transportation. - Must have a clean DMV driving record - Must be willing to drive between different job sites throughout the day - Ability to pass a background check - Experience working with different tools. - Ability to read/write in English If interested apply online www.piratestaffing.com (select North Hollywood branch) and reply to this email with your resume
