Coco Laundry is looking to hire a reliable laundry attendant who can open and/or close the laundromat. As a laundry attendant, you will be responsible for assisting laundromat customers, cleaning duties, and must be able to do fluff and fold. Looking for a person with good customer service, can work well independently, and is comfortable operating washers/dryers. Job Type: Part-time AM shift: 7AM - 2PM PM shift: 2PM - 9PM Salary: $13.00/hour Experience: Laundromat, Housekeeping or Dry Cleaning: 1 year (Preferred) Knowledge/skills/physical: Must have knowledge of laundry processing, including the operating characteristics of commercial washers (top loaders/front loaders) and dryers Requires knowledge of detergents and other cleaning agents used in washing, stain removal, and sanitizing. Must be able to work independently with little supervision. Must be able to lift laundry items/linens weighing up to 50 lbs; position requires you to be on your feet for most of your shift, aside from breaks.
