We are looking for a Maintenance Tech/Janitor to join our Operations Department. Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday (with overtime opportunities) Pay: $16.00 per hour – $20.00 per hour, depending on experience Core Skills: The Maintenance Tech/Janitor position supports Operations Department objectives by keeping production equipment and facility operating efficiently. Maintenance activities include keeping spaces, structures, and infrastructure in proper operating condition in a routine, scheduled, or anticipated fashion to prevent failure and/or degradation. This includes one-to-one replacement of components and systems not requiring professional engineering or permitting. Maintenance work activities in confined space may vary. · Daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance inspections and maintains records of the production equipment; conducts safety compliance inspections and maintains records of the production equipment · Assist supervisor to Analyzes equipment failures, determines cause(s) · Maintain inventory of shop towels and aprons · Manage and maintain scrap metal, chip bins and solid scraps · Maintain Hazardous Materials Maintenance Log (dirty water) Professional Development: - Education Reimbursement – Up to $1,000 per year - Cross-training - Vocational Training - On-the-Job Training Benefits: For more information on our benefits, visit: - Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) paid 100% paid by S&H Machine for the employee.
