We are a caulking and waterproofing specialist company looking for experienced Journeyman caulkers and/or waterproofers. We are also looking for apprentice caulkers and waterproofers to join our team that are willing to learn the trade. We offer competitive pay for the specialty trade. Most of the work concentrates on what the name suggests, but we also work in grind and seal, epoxy coatings and foam injection. If you have any experience in these areas as well, do not hesitate to apply!
Who we are looking for to join our team:
Reliable transportation, a larger vehicle able to carry material and tools (i.e. ladders) is a plus, but larger vehicles are not required.
Reliable performance. We pride ourselves on our work, we want that from our employees as well.
Communication is key. We complete both large and smaller jobs. The job sites will change and the work completed must be noted and detailed.
Work ethic is a must. Employees must be willing to show up on time, track their time properly, track their work performed and be a team player.
