BEST CB LLC Certification Body, on Sutton Street in North Andover seeking FULL TIME for quality assurance and to analyze government regulation to be trained in our quickly expanding non-profit office space! M-F, 9-5pm. • Lots of freedom, laid back atmosphere, lots of office space. Pay range negotiated considering qualification starting at $20 an hour. We are hiring 2 testing compliance personnel and 1 regulatory quality manager person. Reliable. Punctual. Detail Oriented. Job duties: A: Oversees the management of impartiality within the company; B: Responsible for the establishment, implementation and maintenance of the ISO 17065 Quality Management System and ensures its continuous adaptation and effectiveness; C: Responsible for Risk and Opportunity evaluation, Document and Record Control and Complaints and Appeals Procedures and is responsible for the recordkeeping, implementation and effective operation of those elements, overseeing their responsive measures using Corrective Action Procedures; D: Conducts yearly and periodic internal audits using the ISO 17065; E: Assesses the severity of non-conformity or non-conformity risk; F: Approves the access to certification records, trains employees on how to handle confidential documents and receives application from document administrator to approve the destruction of overdue records; G: Monitors the performance of personnel and coordinates the training of personnel’s job responsibilities and capability, recording it towards the annual staff assessment; H: Assists in development of the certification scheme according to regulatory standards.
