Need Help Towing or Maintenence

Howdg folks! Im in a bit of a pickle. Ive been workibg on rebuilding/converting this sweet little sunrader in my friends driveway, but the landlord told her YESTERDAY that she wants it moved by THURSDAY as she is selling the house soon. The problem is that since its been colder out I cant seem to get it to start anymore. So I am desperate to find a way to get it moved just onto the street (maybe like 80ft? It is somewhere between 18-19ft and is completely gutted at the moment, so its lighter than usual. Ive noticed one of the chokeplates is stuck open and am wondering if that may be the culprit? Or maybe I just need a new carb? Cant quite figure it out. If you have any knowledge/skills to help me get it running, or maybe a way to tow it to the street, that would be AMAZING!! I cant really afford to call a tow truck at the moment as I am about to move into a new place, but could perhaps arrange an exchange of some sort? Let me know if you could help me out! Thanks!
