CMI is recruiting LGBTQ community members living in California to complete a survey or attend focus groups, or interviews about employment in Santa Clara County. We especially want to hear from transgender, nonbinary, intersex, and gender-expansive community members. We are interested in your experiences in all types of employment, full-time, part-time or gig. We are also looking for people that are unemployed or retired. All professions and job experiences are welcome including students. Research includes surveys, focus groups and in-depth interviews. Participants can earn $20 to $150. Learn more here
