Most if not all States we hope strive to follow the Federal Constitution concepts of "Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness". The courts had to make a ruling to maintain public safety during a public health situation that impacted voters vulnerable to a surging virus statewide in a national election. I don't know if these court rulings are permanent or if they have been successfully challenged but they set a precedent making a decision to uphold life over voting procedure. =================================================================================== Those who are willing to give up their freedom for the promise of safety will receive neither. Life over voting procedure? Give me liberty or give me death. They are lying to you. Wake up.
