Description
compensation: $23+/hr depending on experience
employment type: full-time
Seeking an experienced, full time, hands-on, working kitchen manager. Must be able to communicate with and train staff, be knowledgeable of all kitchen equipment and maintenance, communicate with vendors and do weekly inventory/ordering, expedite, work the line and perform other duties as required. Must have cooking experience (line cook, broiler cook, etc.)

* Must have an enthusiastic attitude toward being part of a team that will make the restaurants a success.
* Thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
* Have exemplary communication and leadership skills
* Proven track record of working the line at a busy pace
* Possess thorough knowledge of food handling, ordering, inventory, cost control, etc
* Be able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
* Bilingual a plus
* Previous experience required
* Valid drivers license necessary
