Join the Bellevue Club and Hotel team. Our dynamic property, located on the Eastside, includes a 250,000-square-foot fitness facility, three restaurants, a full-service spa and 66-room boutique hotel. The Bellevue Club is seeking dedicated and dependable Custodians to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the Bellevue Club property. This is a full-time, swing shift position. Hours are from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM Wed -Sun Or Tues-Sat. Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: • Clean various areas of the club including, but not limited to, the Executive Offices, Business Offices, Business Center, Boardroom, Library and Atrium. • Dust and polish furnishings, vacuum, sweep and mop hard floor surfaces, clean mirrors and glass, and clean windows and window treatments. • Maintain cleanliness of all men's public restrooms. Clean mirrors, sinks, toilets, urinals and replenishes supplies as needed. • Maintain cleanliness of all interior and exterior public areas by regular patrols, including entrances, corridors, stairways, and exterior grounds. Dust furnishings and appointments, clean mirrors and glass, polish brightwork, vacuum, sweep and mop as needed. Straighten furniture and return chairs and tables to the appropriate areas. • Maintain cleanliness of the junior lounge, aerobics studio, racquetball and squash courts, and the gymnasium and track by removing trash and towels to appropriate areas, replenishing supplies, dusting, and polishing, cleaning mirrors and glass and dust mopping or damp mopping as needed. • Maintain cleanliness of Receiving area by putting supplies in their proper locations in a timely manner and by sweeping the floor, cleaning washing pit, and removing trash and dirty rags to appropriate locations; maintains cleanliness of the outer receiving door entry/exit and surrounding areas.
