After you moved out of the property at 400 S. Moonlight Road 7E Gardner, KS 66030 on November 19th, 2021 all of your personal property remained in the apartment. After several attempts to text, call, write and speak with your emergency contact we have not heard from you concerning the pick up of your items. You have until December 30th to contact us at to make arrangements to pick up all of the property that you left in the apartment. If the items are not retrieved by you, Josh Hendren by December 30th 2021 as required by the state of Kansas, such property (the “Abandoned Property”) shall be conclusively deemed to have been abandoned, and may either be retained by Landlord as its property or sold or otherwise disposed of in such manner as Landlord may see fit. If any item of Abandoned Property shall be sold, Tenant hereby agrees that Landlord may receive and retain the proceeds of such sale and apply the same, at its option, to the expenses of the sale, the cost of moving and storage, any damages to which Landlord may be entitled, and to any arrears of Rent.
