By the waters edge across from lewiston, idaho where there is a rock beach where many folks fly fish and walk with dog. It is not only a valuable necklace, but one that has sentimental value as well. Looks like we a blue Doberman. Since she showed up she hasnt left. She's not fenced in or chained in anyway. She just started staying out side. If it's you dog or you know who's it is contact me.
