Stray cat needs a home

Description

Been feeding a stray for about 2 years, am guessing she isn't more then 3 years old. She was "feral" but now allows me to pet her. Humane Soc. just had her spayed and shots and released her back to my area and I hate seeing her outside in the cold (although I have a heated house out there which she rarely uses). She's become very affectionate with me and I'd gladly bring her in but have a fairly recent cat I adopted as an indoor only cat and not sure I could manage one going outside and one staying in or if they'd get along so trying to find a nice home for her. She's beautiful but when they spayed her they did clip a little of one ear (I didn't know they would do that), so that they don't accidentally catch her again and attempt to spay her. She also knows her name and comes when I call her, or if I tap on my window loudly she comes running from wherever she is. I've become a bit attached to her, helped her through 2 litters although first litter disappeared and 4 of 5 born second litter also disappeared... it's a dangerous area for a kitty to be outside... I encountered a rabid raccoon myself and there are hawks, eagles, foxes, possums, dogs and other cats roaming around. I just wish I could find someone with a kind heart that would be willing to work with her a bit, she acts like she wants to come inside but I can't let her. I think she could become a fine companion and would appreciate any care she would get. I will require a signed agreement so as not to give her to someone wanting to do experiments, and we can work out a small fee to prevent abusers and I will want occasional pics and notification of her progress. There is a video of her progress here from October but since she was spayed she is even much more friendly with me https://odysee.com/@wideeyevideo:f/TamingBooboo:b
