EP Property Management is looking for a Full Time maintenance tech. Ideal candidate will have knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and heating. However, experience is not necessary. We are willing to train someone whos willing to work. Must be able to lift up to 80lbs. Duties include but not limited too painting/cleaning apartments at turnover, minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs. Must be available for after hour calls. Valid drivers license and auto insurance required. On call stipend and mileage reimbursement. Most work will be in Rutland but occasionally might need to drive to Bristol. Please contact if interested
