Description

I’m looking for at least one guy, maybe more. I’m open to full or part time, depending on your situation. I had this job post up a while back and lost a few contacts from people who reached out, and now that we're taking on more work I'm renewing the post! We are a flooring install company, and we do mostly LVP and laminate but also take on more and more carpet, sheet vinyl, and tile work. I realize not everyone has experience in all areas of flooring, which is fine. When getting it touch with me, please let me know what areas you have experience with. If you don’t really do sheet vinyl, carpet, or tile, that’s not a problem. My primary rule is that you MUST have experience and you MUST be responsible. For the most part, I pay better than most flooring installers. In return, I like to work with people who can get jobs done and make customers happy. If you've got plenty of experience with installing floors and you've got a professional attitude, it may be time to give yourself a raise. I will pay you what you're worth. One thing to note, I don't have the ability to train someone with no experience, even if you consider yourself a fast learner. If you're not able to work jobs from start to finish from day 1, then this may not work out for you. I am open to sharing some tools if you don't have your own. I'm looking to pay $25 to $35 per hour, depending on experience. In some cases, it may make more sense to work on a job rate rather than an hourly rate. If you have a different wage in mind, let me know. If your level of skill can justify an increased wage, then I'll make sure you're paid well. If you are an installer and you have one or two people that you like to work with, I'm open to hiring you together on a per-job basis rather than hourly. If you prefer to be paid a percentage of each job rather than an hourly wage, I'm open to that as well. I would like someone who can start soon. I am fairly busy during the day, so please TEXT or EMAIL to get in touch. In your text or email, I don't need a full resume, but tell me about your experience and I'll respond as soon as I'm available.
