Our Client Earth care is currently hiring techs for the position of field agent, the base salary is $30 and the tech will also have the opportunity to earn tips. Compared to other “gig” jobs this company has work every day and your making living wage ! The company provides many services for over 500 contacts in the Atlanta area and is looking to train as well as outsource some of their projects to qualified individuals. This opportunity provides customer service to homeowners and local businesses in efforts to help develop and sustain your community using your own skills and resources. Prior experience is not required because the company is willing to provide training to all motivated individuals. You will acquire skills that will last a life time. Position: /Field Tech Pay Rate: $30.00/hour guaranteed per job paid for in cash Out of pocket investment: $49 to complete basic training course, Start Date: Immediate! (You will receive 1 on 1 training from a Certified Earth Care Mentor) Bonus: $1500 after completing 25 assignments Hours: Flexible, you choose your hours and the assignment’s you are willing to fulfill Roles --Interact with customers via phone, text, or in person. -Serve as ambassador for the client's brand; take a caring and empathetic approach to customer interactions and/or escalation to a higher level of expertise. -Document all actions, issues, resolution and follow up plans. provide support to local contacts for their electrical, plumbing, heating, landscaping, painting, technology support or other related needs -Research, analyze and determine an appropriate course of action and then execute it. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS -Outstanding problem-solving skills, willing to learn and try new things. -Displays patience, empathy, an ability to manage stress, the ability to work under pressure since you will be doing different tasks at each job site -Skilled and efficient in writing and verbal communication -Outstanding listening skills and the ability to follow verbal / written instructions -Provides knowledgeable, friendly and eloquent customer service -Understanding how to navigate diverse situations and efficiently use tools to finish the assignment. - Tools to complete the job (these will vary per job and you will have time to acquire them prior to assignment) - Cell Phone: to take photos, communicate with staff, and provide customer service “We are an equal opportunity employer, the client is a female owned, minority owned business “
