Hello, Our family business is looking to hire a new employee to join our ever-growing team. We have a family owned chicken farm and basically we sell our farm fresh pasture raised all natural eggs at local farmers markets in the Philadelphia and the surrounding areas bringing our product directly to consumers in and around the city. We are one of the oldest egg farmers in the area and have been in the egg business since 1956. We start at $15/hour cash and there is plenty of room to grow substantially from a part time to full time position with raises and bonuses given throughout the year based on performance. We are looking for a hard working, dedicated, honest, professional and ethical person who is serious about making a successful and long term career with our family business. Sales and management experience is a plus. This position entails selling the eggs to our customers at the farmers markets and some light work on the actual farm itself outside of market days. The job is very clean and straightforward, with each market being anywhere from 3-5 hours long each shift. We also pay additionally for commute time. This is a part time to full time position and a valid drivers license with vehicle for transportation is required.
