Description
Local apartment community now hiring in the maintenance department.
Year round not seasonal.
Full Time with some overtime available.
Weekly pay, no hold back week.
Grounds, moving appliances, trash-out vacant apartments, clean company trucks, and assist maintenance tech as needed.
Must be reliable and self motivated.
Driver’s license a plus but not necessary.
Monday through Friday Days 7:30 to 4:00 and some Saturdays.

Must be physically fit and able to sit, stand, bend, walk, use hands and fingers to control objects, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs and ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, and hear. The employee must be able to lift 50 pounds individually and up to 100 pounds with assistance devices (dollies, hand trucks, additional persons).
