Summary of position: Onsite project supervisor will travel and work throughout the country ensuring projects are finished within customer's timeline by completing work scope items and tracking progress daily. Onsite project supervisor will provide reports/pictures at end of day and communicate issues/provide solutions when needed. Duties and responsibilities: - Provide daily reports/pictures of progress and/or issues that impede progress - Work with and coordinate team to complete all work scope items - Verify critical dimension measurements per print - Verify rental equipment and open top dumpsters - Receive all deliveries for account - Install and place all shelving, millwork, and fixtures per print - Install and place sign package and hanging fixtures - Report missing parts for fixtures - Ensure store project's work scope finished within customer's timeline - Complete store-walk and punch list items with customer representative Required qualifications and experience: - Possess fixture installation experience - Able to read print and plan details - Communicate effectively and professional to workers and account customers - Report issues promptly and provide solutions with sense of urgency - Able to send and receive email, populate spread sheets, and compress/zip pictures as required - Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc. - Able to lift at least 50 lbs. at one time Required equipment: - Must have excellent means of communication; cell phone, mobile internet, and laptop to include Microsoft Office programs - Must have basic tools for fixture installation - Must have reliable transportation
