Searching for female KITTEN

I have been in search of a female kitten for some time now. Not sure why I have no luck. I already purchased all girly kitty items and now I am just trying to find a kitten to adopt. $25 rehoming fee or less as I spent so much on products. I prefer under 12 weeks just because I want to soak up the cute kitten phase and adapt her to us as a kitten! We will make a loving home and spoil a fur baby. Would love her before Christmas! PLEASE help! Thank you!
