We are a locally owned, rapidly expanding Commercial (apartment communities, HOA's, Hotels) Pool Business (NO residential pools); we service pools and do repairs at pools in Hillsborough and Pinellas county. We are looking for full-time staff members to train and add to our team. Work is physical but fun: put in headphones, clean pools, get a tan, and make $$! Benefits: - Full Time available, NO late night hours; Saturdays we are CLOSED (guaranteed off every week)! - PAID TIME OFF for Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Years Day (guaranteed OFF, as we are CLOSED on those days :D) - Annual bonus eligibility - work in new trucks and new equipment that WE provide - Small, friendly team with direct access anytime to company owners for questions/concerns - Very competitive pay, with overtime available if desired - rapidly growing company = job security and room for growth (based on performance) Requirements: • commercial or residential pool cleaning experience preferred, but not required. • MUST be able to work SUNDAYS (no exceptions). • MUST have own reliable transportation to/from work, AND clean driving record (our insurance performs driving background check).
