Job description National IAQ company located in Clearwater, FL is looking for several Indoor Air Quality Duct Cleaning AHU Refurbishment and Mold Remediation Technicians & Project Supervisors. DESCRIPTION: This position performs high quality environmental HVAC cleaning and restoration, disinfecting and sanitizing for large commercial, state and federal clients. This position requires travel throughout the United States in a company provided crew vehicle. Job skills performed by Indoor Air Quality Techs will include, but are not limited to: * Performing air duct cleanings * Perform HVAC equipment cleaning and restoration * Perform Mold Remediation * Training will be provided JOB DESCRIPTION(S): • Performs HVAC cleaning and restoration • Performs equipment maintenance • Performs Ductwork cleaning • Performs Mold (microbial) Remediation • Adheres to industry standard protocol for department. • Perform setup of equipment and some maintenance of this equipment. • Capable of troubleshooting basic mechanical, electrical and plumbing problems • This position will also have interaction with client contacts (i.e.: facilities personnel, tenants). • Adhere to the Operations Manual and Employee Policy Manual • Adhere to the Safety & Hazards Manual and OSHA Policy Manual • Able to obtain Security Clearance if required by Project. • This position is responsible for performing all facets of HVAC remediation and microbial mitigation. PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS • Must possess a high school diploma or GED • Experience with HVAC work, Microbial mitigation, IAQ, or construction trades. • Must be able to pass our background check, drug-screen, and MVR driving record check. WORKING CONDITIONS • Position works in environments where contaminants exist. • Applicable OSHA and other regulatory safety equipment must be worn according to company policy. • Travel may be as high as 100%. • Present territories cover national and international destinations. • Overnight absences required, typically, four or five nights per week. • This position can be physically and emotionally demanding • Must be a team player; must work with and assist other co-workers as needed. - Crew Vehicle Provided for Travel - Per Diem paid for out of town Projects - Lodging Provided by Company EOE DFW' ' Work Remotely • No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16 - $18 per hour
