I manage a 4 plex in lake elsinore. Two of the tenants are having plumbing back up in their bathrooms. I need a plumber to snake the toilets and make sure things are flushing smoothly. Must have a 100' snake and your own tools. Must live in Lake Elsinore or nearby. If you cannot get the job done, I do not pay.
Must come to the complex in the morning (12/14/2021) and resolve the situation immediately. Do not call me with a short 50 foot snake or a hand crank snake. Do not call and explain to me that you have another job, but that you could get to me this weekend. I will return phone calls at 7AM and I want you to go to the complex immediately.
