Strip/grind old paint from 9' steel mast

See photos. This signal mast was repainted a few times after the era when it mattered to the railroad, appearance-wise, whether close inspection of the mast revealed that they hadn't sanded/prepped the mast before painting. I don't need it to be perfectly stripped, but I certainly don't want the very visible gaps where paint chipped off but they repainted over it anyways. This can either be done onsite (my backyard) or you take it somewhere. If you need to take it to a shop, etc., we'll need to work out some sort of collateral so it doesn't just disappear. Price is fair, but negotiable.
