URGENT! PLEASE HELP a young German shepherd!

I'm typing this in a bit of dismay. I visited someone close to me and their dog may have mange. Neither they nor I have the income to treat him and no one wants to surrender him at the risk of him being put down. I'm not sure how long he's been sick as I do not visit them often but, so far, they have him quarantined and I just feel so bad for him. He does not look well. They have 2 other dogs and I'm unsure if they got it or not. I'm not even sure where he got it in the first place. If anyone can find it in their hearts to help pay for a vet visit and treatment, that would be much appreciated. No, I am not trying to take advantage of anyone. I just don't want him to suffer but can't afford to help. Though seeing a vet is preferred--since I am not 100% sure it's mange--just some bottles of medicated shampoo, antibiotics, gloves, and some cheap ponchos would be absolutely wonderful. I want him to know that at least someone tried to help him. I'd rather not post a picture as it is very sad, but if you'd like to help, message me through email or text and I'll send the one I took. This is serious! Please do NOT message me in some attempt to sell me something and please do not keep my number unless we come to an agreement and you decide you want updates on his condition.
