Underground Utility/Grading Forman- Needed in San Francisco Bay Area

I am looking for a Underground Utility Forman with or without their own crew. The work is located in the San Francisco Bay Area. Forman alone or crew also welcome. We are a Civil Engineering company undertaking the following work: -Installation of C900 and ductile iron watermains from 4'' to 18'' -Installation of sewer & storm lines from 4'' to 36'' -Installation of conduit and utility vaults at various sizes and depths. -Grading for building pads and roadways - This can be a separate crew if specializing in this work & not utilities. -Working in public streets around existing utilities. A large number of projects beginning in January 2022 lasting a number of years. Forman with relevant work experience will be paid accordingly with Bay Area standards.
