Moving condo to condo in same complex - no furniture

We are moving from one condo to another in the same complex, about 500 feet between buildings. We need TWO people with either a van or pickup truck to move boxes and clothes between the buildings. No furniture except a very small desk and chair. Thus has to be done on Friday afternoon Dec. 17th at 1 p.m. Should take around 2 hours. References required.
