Maintenance company looking for general employee for minor maintenance work at townhome community along Hudson River. Work to include; painting, minor spackling, adjusting door closers, bulb and ballast replacements. And many other minor tasks associated with town home living. This is a full-time position at a wonderful community for the right person it's a great job opportunity. We also always need porters cleaning people as well as other handyman type employees Must have clean Driving Record Clean Drug Record, Random Drug testing will be performed Motivated, Energetic, clean cut, English Speaking START IMMEDIATELY.
