A previous post was flagged and removed. I am reposting this. If you believe that this post goes against Craiglist policies, please respond and let me know why so I can update and make this "acceptable." I have two dear cats in need of a new home(s). DeeDee is a four-and-a-half-year-old female that is mostly black and with a small white bib and white on her belly. Waldo (named after Ralph Waldo Emerson) is a five-and-a-half-year-old male tabby. I have to rehome them because I have to move and financial issues prohibit me from keeping them. Although they both have known each other for most of their lives, they have grown more independent of each other in the past three years. When they were younger, they did curl up and sleep next to each other, but now they acknowledge one another but don't play or snuggle up. Both have been fixed and are housebroken, so you don't need to buy litter or clean messy litter boxes. I installed a pet door so they are free to let themselves in and out whenever they want. They eat dry food and believe that they will eat most any name-brand cat food, although they both turned up their nose at a brand from Aldi's. Currently, I have been buying the Meow Mix Original formula. Both DeeDee and Waldo are very tolerant of other cats. So much, that a stray neighborhood cat helps itself through the pet door and eats out of their food bowl while DeeDee and Waldo watch as this cat helps itself. (See photo of the gray cat with Waldo checking him out) No hissing. I am the one who has to chase the gray cat out. DeeDee has a very soft voice while Waldo generally only speaks if he gets closed behind a door. They are both outdoor cats. DeeDee is very agile and loves to climb. Waldo stalks the ground and chases the squirrels. I have an appointment at Lollipop Farm on December 28th. Hopefully, I will not need to rerender them and you will give one or both a new loving home.
