Adela's power vinyasa yoga flow class starts with setting a unique weekly intention to improve our mental health and well-being. The goal of these weekly classes is to promote change and growth by offering different class sequences, explore inspiring music that reflect diverse musical genres, and share inspiring stories or life-changing, positive perspectives. Although this style is classified as a vigorous, more athletic approach to yoga asana, modifications to poses are always offered, so beginners are welcome. Plus, Adela rocks with a really fun playlist that will take your flow off the mat and into the city! *With the health and safety of our community members in mind, we now require proof of COVID-19 vaccination or negative test results (within 72 hours) for all guests of Eaton Wellness.
