Pause, take a few deep breaths, and join us for a very special yin practice designed to combat all of the most common holiday ailments.
Not only will you leave with a renewed sense of inner alignment, but you will also receive a PDF of the practice (and some other goodies!) to carry into your final days of 2021 and beyond, as a tool-kit for whatever holiday magic (and mayhem) might follow.

Note: Yin is a practice of deep, slow holds in various yoga postures, and can be adapted for all body types. Please bring with you a blanket, bolster (or a few thick pillows), and two yoga blocks. A few props will be available to rent if you reach out in advance!
